The main reasons why people are interested in looking at the Aura for the first time, is usually due to simple curiosity, to have some fun or to know the meaning of their personality through the colour of the energy that surrounds them. In reality, the aura is much more interesting and useful than we believe, because thanks to it we can influence the course of our lives and the mood of the people around us. The aura is in fact a very thick energy that belongs to us and works despite the fact that we ignore its origin and its abilities. Every day the aura acts, creating situations around us and moving away or approaching precise people that we do not understand how they could have shown up in our lives, yet they did it. The aura is something unpredictable, at least until you learn to know it and manipulate it at your leisure. Knowing the aura will help you to understand the reasons for everything that happens to you, especially for the negative situations that are strictly connected to your energy field. In fact, those who possess a very compact and resistant aura find it much easier to realize their intentions, compared to those who instead have a weak and punctured, which always finds a thousand difficulties to realize even the smallest and most trivial desire.

The aura is part of us and leads our lives to a direction that we are not intentionally deciding, because we remain unconscious of its existence and its ability to control the actions and thoughts of the people around us. To convince yourself of the presence of the aura, to realize that this thing really exists and how affects our lives, it is not necessary to trust someone else’s words; rather it is necessary to exploit the faculty to see with your own eyes the energy of the aura and to recognize to whom it belongs. Although this exercise is used most of the time to spend time looking at the colours, you are convinced that this can be sufficient to understand everything, in reality to see the aura allow us to find out why our life is going towards that direction and if this happens because of us or because of someone else who is influencing us at a distance. Although the first visible layer during exercise could be a simple colour that says nothing, going forward with experience and serious training can lead to awareness beyond expectations. Before deepening the importance of the aura, its capabilities and so on, it would be good for you to recognize its existence by seeing it with your own eyes, so that you realize that this is not fantasy or a strange story, but the pure and concrete reality in which every day we all live. For this reason, I invite you to practice a very simple exercise, for everyone, that will allow you to see at least the first layer of the aura.

Wherever you are right now, there will surely be something you can exercise on, like a piece of furniture, an animal or a plant. It would be better to start training with a simple and medium-sized object, such as a bedside table, a chair, a bench, so something that does not occupy your whole view and is still, so you can concentrate without any haste. To avoid you ruining your own experience believing it an illusion or an optical effect due to the opposite of the colour of the subject you are looking at, it would be better to observe an object with a neutral and delicate colour, like light wood, rather than a very bright colour as electric green. If you look at a green object and by chance that shows a red aura, you would convince yourself that it is the simple opposite that each colour has, according to the colour wheel. We know well that the opposite colour of red is green, like orange is that of blue, violet is that of yellow, and black is that of white and vice versa. Therefore, if an object is purple it cannot have red, green or light blue as a complementary colour, because they are not its opposites. Consequently, if you look at a green object and its halo is purple, this would not be its opposite, but something else that you know today to be the Aura.

Obviously, any object possesses the aura, therefore a red object could have a green aura, but to prevent you from being confused and believe that it is only its opposite, I advise you to practice on several objects, to make you count if what you are seeing is the simple contrast or its true aura.

The first times you could fall into the optical effect error but with more attempts you will quickly be able to see another and much stronger colour, which will be its energy field. If possible, take a white or light coloured object, placing it at least two meters away from you. It is very important that behind the object in question there is a smooth background, possibly the white wall, without other objects and furniture with different planes of distance, which would distract your attention and prevent you from seeing his aura. In addition to avoiding confusing and eventful backgrounds such as the window, the park or the void of a room where someone could pass through and ruin the exercise, it is important to sit up straight and steady to observe the object in front of you at eye level, because being the first time you do this exercise it is better to simplify it as much as possible. When the object on which to look at the aura has been chosen and positioned at the right distance, you can sit comfortably, avoiding having to move after few minutes, in order to remain still and relaxed and prepare your attention on that object. The technique is much simpler than it looks, it’s just about having concentration and patience.

A final tip I would like to give you before you begin to see the aura is to practice meditation, but if you did not have the time or the opportunity and you were forced to skip it, you could perform the exercise without meditating. But it is important to know that the aura is made of energy, so if you could meditate, this would allow you to raise your consciousness and see the energy much better, saving time and effort. However, in case you could not do it, you can facilitate the technique by taking two, very deep, slow breaths, filling the whole belly of oxygen with the intent of focusing better on the ability to see the aura. Deep breaths are not a waste of time, but a beginning of relaxation that will allow you to connect better to the energy, which is much more difficult if you remain tense and stressed, anxious and hasty. So relax, it takes very little. The duration of the exercise will be about 10 minutes, maximum, so it is better to prepare a timer so that it rings at the end of the timing, to avoid you to move every two seconds in order to see how much time has passed.

Now we can start the exercise. The steps you have to follow are simple and direct; you will have to put them into practice, obviously, with the eyes strictly open, because you want to try a real experience and certainly not to imagine everything!

Observe the object in front of you and concentrate on one point, without moving your eyes from the chosen point. Try not to blink for as long as possible, focusing on the object with the intent to see its aura. Almost immediately a transparent and very thin halo will appear on or at the sides of the object. Without moving your eyes, concentrate on that halo with the intent of being able to see it expanding and its colour more intense. At this point, if you are willing to see the aura without dropping the ball, within 2-3 minutes you should already see a very light layer of colour, but despite this, do not stop watching it until the timer rings. Stay focused on the object, even if for the first few minutes you will be sure to see nothing, because by insisting you will be able to see with certainty at least the first transparent / white halo that will spread beyond the object. The first few times it is much easier to see it rise up rather than see it in other directions. While watching the aura, take a few deep breaths, since it will help you to see the energy better. So, that said, set your timer and come back here to read only after finishing your 10 minutes of practice. You will go great! You just have to concentrate on staring at the object without losing confidence.

From now on, talking about the aura and being aware of its importance will be much simpler, because you have had proof of its existence, recognizing that it was not as difficult as it seemed at first. What you have seen it is only the very first layer that has been shown, transparent and almost invisible, but it is clear that going deeper and with greater training you can discover many more layers and above all much more visible and coloured. If you wear eyeglasses, it would be better if you tried the exercise without them, because the lenses could prevent you from seeing. The auras are made of energy, so you can see them well despite your eye problems: this is because the ability you are using to see the auras does not depend on your physical eyes. The ability to distinguish the auras is not restricted to a small circle of people who can put it into practice, excluding all others, because everyone could see it if only they decided to do so. Probably this was your first viewing experience and you might have struggled to keep your eyes open without tearing, so you were blinking and lost the state you had before and you had to start over. This will help you to understand how easy it is to return unconscious and lose the view of the energy, so much that a blink of an eye is enough to make you stop seeing it and make you lose the desire and motivation to do so. Most people give up for so little and it is for this reason that there are those who see it and those who do not, because there are those who want to continue on their way and those who stops only for having seen a tiny pebble in front of them since this makes them feel hampered.

Seeing the aura is a practice that evolves step by step because it contains a lot of information that can offer us. Although many believe that it is only a simple colour to see and that this is the maximum limit of its potential, in reality this goes far beyond the first appearance. Knowing your aura allows you to know yourself, because you can see with your own eyes the true structure of your energy like the damage that your aura has or the holes and the strange dark coloured spots in some areas of your energy, you do realize how this can affect you emotionally and physically. In fact, by learning to see the aura beyond the first levels, you can reveal its most important characteristics, since the colour is superficial, being in fact one of the first things you will notice looking at it, even if untrained. It must be clear that, as with any technique, even with the aura you can go deeper and overcome those barriers that prevented us from knowing more details. When you see a spot of dark energy right in the area of ​​your body that hurts you most, or when you see the aura pierced or ripped just where you had a surgery or suffered serious damage, you can finally realize how much the energy is connected to the physical health, although you had never paid any attention to this fact before to start seeing it with your eyes. Of course, as long as you continue to choose not to see, this information will forever remain hidden from your knowledge. If you thought that seeing the aura would serve only as a pastime, to see the green or light blue around you and spend five minutes of your day differently than usual, you’ll be amazed at how much you could see with good training.

Understanding the aura and seeing it beyond the first appearances is an experience that requires practical exercise: you cannot learn it only by reading a few pages inherent to the subject, but you must implement the assimilated knowledge and train yourself on it. My advice is not to be lazy, but to base your practice on the principles that are important to you, which will motivate you to continue despite the insecurity or the sluggishness of certain moments. If you let it, the aura will offer you lots of useful information that will stimulate you to desire to know more and more.
