The first reason why we should practice Energy Movements is to help our body better absorb pranic energy during conscious breaths in Meditation. By moving our body’s energy, we are going to solve what might be energy blockages, which generally hinder the most fluid movements. We all have small energy blocks here and there, nothing serious, except that they can disturb the fluidity of energy when we then go on to practice important techniques such as Energy Healing, the Astral journeys , and everything else. Energy Movements are very useful both to improve fluidity within your body and to increase your ability to know how to use energy on others; for example they help you in altruistic energy techniques like Energy Healing on another person.

Knowing how to move energy is the basis of any other technique, because if you are able to move energy, you quickly become capable of doing anything. In fact, all psychic abilities are based on energy, so knowing how to move it is a great help to develop all the other faculties you desire. Let’s start with a simple exercise of energy movements.

 

Start relaxing …

Sit down composed, with your back straight.

Possibly not cross your legs, or sit in half lotus.

 

So take deep breaths …

And feel the white energy entering you.

As you move your hand, visualize this white line inside your body that moves following the movement of your hand.

Concentrate on the Chi, bring your hand closer, and slowly go up with your hand until you reach the throat chakra.

As you do this, concentrate on feeling – or visualizing – at the beginning – this thread of energy that moves within the body.
